4th of July: Independence Weekend
We’re celebrating Independence Weekend with US beer & food specials and a hot wing challenge for only the bravest of souls!
Our kitchen will be dishing up our favourite American dishes including Baby Back Pork Ribs with chilli spice rub slowly roasted and basted with our house-made Chipotle BBQ sauce served with an apple & walnut slaw for $19,
a Pulled Beef Brisket Roll with 12 hour slow-roasted beef served with jalapenos, slaw and rustic cut chips for $15
and a Southern Fried Shrimp Po’boy for $16.
On tap we will be pouring $7.50 schooners and $8.50 pints of Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale.
This All American affair wouldn’t be complete without an eating challenge so at 12pm Saturday 2 July, there will be a Hot Wing Challenge.
Entry is $20 and includes a pint of Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale.
The fastest to finish a 1.5kg bucket of spicy wings will win a $50 voucher and bragging rights!
